Quickbooks not allowing create PDF and send to email
Go to your Printer and Faxes in your Control Panel for Windows. Find the Quickbooks PDF Creator and open the printer properties. Under the ports tab, see if you have a port named NUL:, if so select it. If not, choose to add a local printer, select the option to create a new port. Select Local Port for the type of port and click next. Enter NUL: for the port name. Be sure to include the colon. Click OK. In my case the NUL: port was being used by send to One Note, but I just moved that to lpt2. Go back into QB and try sending a invoice out. Continue reading →
