Go to your Printer and Faxes in your Control Panel for Windows. Find the Quickbooks PDF Creator and open the printer properties. Under the ports tab, see if you have a port named NUL:, if so select it. If not, choose to add a local printer, select the option to create a new port. Select Local Port for the type of port and click next. Enter NUL: for the port name. Be sure to include the colon. Click OK.
