In the 1980s Microsoft was an  unknown company start up ran by a geeky little guy named Bill Gates and a partner  named Paul Allen. Both brilliant and intelligent, both dreamers, both bold  enough to strike a deal with a huge company like IBM and to make their footprint  on the world of business and personal computers. Microsoft Windows in its infancy entered into the market  with early versions Microsoft DOS and grew to essentially take over the world’s share of the PC market.
